CastlePumpkin ("we," "us," or "our") operates the First Phone Camera / 첫폰카 mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Photos, Videos, and Camera Content

First Phone Camera is designed as a local vintage camera app. Photos, videos, camera preview frames, filters, date stamps, and saved media are processed on your device.

We do not upload your photos, videos, camera content, or media library contents to a developer-owned server for processing or storage.

If you choose to share a photo or video using your device's sharing features, that action is controlled by you and by the destination app or service you choose.

1.2 Permissions You Grant

The App may request permissions to provide its camera features, including:

• Camera access — used to take photos and videos and show the live viewfinder.
• Microphone access — used only when recording video with sound.
• Photo library access — used to import photos from your library, when you choose to do so.
• Add-only photo library access — used to save finished photos or videos to the Photos app.

These permissions are used only for the purposes shown in the App. You can revoke permissions through your device settings.

1.3 Account and Login Information

The App does not require account creation or login.

1.4 Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

At the time of this policy, the App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs. We do not use the App to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
