Common Questions

Do I need to create an account?

No. First Phone Camera does not require account creation or login.

Are my photos or videos uploaded to a server?

No. First Phone Camera is designed to process photos and videos locally on your device. Your camera content and saved media are not uploaded to a developer-owned server.

Why does the app request camera access?

Camera access is used to show the live viewfinder and take photos or videos with the First Phone Camera vintage camera style.

Why does the app request microphone access?

Microphone access is used only when you record video with sound.

Why does the app request photo library access?

Photo library access may be used to import photos you choose from your library, and add-only photo library access is used to save finished photos or videos to the Photos app.
