Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Super PDF mobile application (the "App") operated by Castle Pumpkin ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App and should delete it from your device.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal document management purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
Super PDF provides tools for scanning, viewing, editing, organizing, converting, annotating, signing, watermarking, compressing, splitting, merging, rotating, cropping, and managing PDF documents and images.
Some features may be limited, changed, removed, or marked as coming soon. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, operating system, or app version.
You are responsible for the documents, images, scans, signatures, annotations, and other content you import, create, edit, store, export, or share using the App.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use any content you process through the App. You agree not to use the App to create, edit, store, or distribute content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or contains unlawful or harmful material.
Super PDF processes documents locally on your device for its PDF tools. We do not review, verify, own, or control the contents of your documents.
